The young and dynamic Llorens Woodworkers team carries on the legacy of traditional high-quality woodworkers, the new generation of a family who has worked with wood since 1847.
In response to requests from the Barcelona Cathedral and the Bank of Spain, Francesc Llorens opened the company’s first workshop in the Gothic Quarter, where he put all the knowledge he had acquired as a woodworker into practice.
Perfection and careful attention to finishes have been the mainstays of Llorens Woodworkers from the start: high-quality wood and custom-made furniture that meets the needs of the most demanding customers. Projects like the restoration of the priceless doors of the Barcelona Cathedral along with luxury furniture created from sketches of renowned architects stand as examples of the company’s level of excellence.
Years later, the company’s organic growth prompted a move to Sant Gervasi and later to L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, where the workshop is currently located. With its recent expansion and renovation Llorens Woodworkers can now boast a 2,000 m² facility equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology to complement its traditional techniques.
